The boiling process that Punta Cana is going through, the tourist pole that has turned the world’s attention to the Dominican Republic, is causing national professionals to migrate to this eastern demarcation, where local talent is not enough to meet the high demand for services, said Osman González, director of the Association of Real Estate Agents and Companies (AEI), East zone.
“It is definitely not only the foreign or national investor who, taking advantage of this destination, arrives here. There are many professionals, engineers, accountants who are coming from the interior to live here,” said the architect, who is also director of Promotion and Marketing of Civilmek Realty Group, Cap Cana.
