Proinversión and Nader Enterprises, present at FITUR 2024, have signed an alliance for the development of a tourism and real estate project that will form part of the “Maralda” mega-project currently being developed in Playa Esmeralda, Miches, to consolidate efforts to turn this destination into the next great tourism hub of the Dominican Republic.
The project will be carried out on a land of more than 700,000 square meters owned by Miches Development Group, with the vision of offering the market a unique and innovative project in the region that will have more than 200 lots for villas and apartments, a central lake with islands where various amenities will be located, polo fields, basketball, tennis, paddle tennis and other sports for the enjoyment of residents. Also, and as one of the main attractions, the first beach club will be built in Playa Esmeralda, which will offer a unique and privileged experience in a paradisiacal environment.
